Who we are
SUBVISIONS is an electronic music duo based in Leeds, UK. This page explains what personal information this website collects and what we do with it. If you have any questions, email hello@subvisionsmusic.co.uk.
Information you send us
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, subject, message, the event date if you give one, and the IP address the form was sent from. We use this only to reply to you and to arrange bookings, which is in our legitimate interests as a working act. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them for that, then delete them.
If you email us directly, your email is kept in our mailbox in the same way.
Mailing list
If you join our mailing list we keep your name, email address, your mobile number if you give one, when you signed up and the IP address you signed up from. We use these only to send you news about our gigs, releases and merch, which you agree to when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@subvisionsmusic.co.uk, and we will stop contacting you.
We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Essential cookies
This site sets two cookies it needs in order to work. They keep the forms secure and remember your basket while you browse. They do not track you and do not need your consent.
Store
When you buy from our store, checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. Shopify collects your name, delivery address and payment details under its own privacy policy, and we receive your order details so we can fulfil your order. We never see or store your card details.
Other services on this site
The music players on the home page are provided by SoundCloud and Spotify. Each of them receives your IP address when its player loads and may set its own cookies, especially if you press play.
Links to Instagram, Spotify, SoundCloud and Linktree take you to those companies' own sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@subvisionsmusic.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk
Changes to this page
We will update this page if what we collect changes. Last updated October 2026.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at. It is only switched on if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google sets cookies in your browser (their names start with _ga) and receives information such as your IP address, the pages you view and the type of device you use.
If you choose Reject, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
